Main Lodge
Two Day Guided Fishing Package, Two Day Holiday Package

Redfish Lodge offers two packaged excursions - a guided fishing package and a holiday package. Both include 2 nights’ accommodations, all meals, fishing tackle, catch care, beverages, and unlimited fishing. We can create custom packages and longer stays can be arranged.

All packages include unlimited access to all of our facilities and services:

  • Spacious lounge with double fireplace and set up bar
  • Appetizers and dinner with dessert
  • Card room with TV and video library
  • Games room with billiards, air hockey and ping pong
  • Lighted swimming pool
  • Skeet shooting
  • Huge deck with beachfront hot tub
  • Stadium lighting on the bay for night angling
  • 500 ft lighted fishing pier with special underwater “green lights” to attract the fish
  • Miles of private beach
  • Limitless wade and kayak fishing
  • Lighted putting green

The package price includes everything except Texas fishing and hunting licenses, our “cellar” wines (house wine is complimentary), gifts to take home from our gift shop, and staff gratuities.

TWO DAY GUIDED FISHING PACKAGE

Day one—the schedule will begin with a check in sometime after 5:00 PM, then an orientation tour of Redfish Lodge, before dinner appetizers, and chef’s choice of dinner. This leaves plenty of time to take advantage of our recreational options: kayaking, horseshoes, hot tub, swimming, billiards, putting green and, of course, fishing. The Lodge hosts are available to assist with tackle and instruct on the best casting technique.

Day two will begin at daybreak with a wake up and full breakfast. You will customize your lunch cooler from an assortment of sandwiches, snacks and beverages. The next stop is the marina to board our shallow draft boats. Your guides will have you back at the Lodge no later than 3:00 PM to take advantage of the Lodge’s fishery, recreational activities, afternoon shrimp boil and catch of the day dinner.

Day three offers a full fishing day. On returning to the Lodge our staff will clean and package your fish for travel while you shower and pack.

TWO DAY HOLIDAY PACKAGE

Day two begins as your schedule dictates. Join the guided fishermen for a full breakfast at daybreak or help yourself to a continental breakfast at your leisure that our staff has prepared. The Lodge staff will be happy to help you plan your day. Rockport has many recreational activities—enjoy the areas beaches, see if something catches your eye in one of the many art galleries, visit one of the several museums, take a local whooping cranes tour or play a round of golf at a nearby championship course. Or just spend a relaxing day at the Lodge, reading a good book on our spacious deck, exploring the local flora and fauna from one of our kayaks or watching the sunset while soaking in our beachfront hot tub or try your hand at skeet shooting. Wander down to the Lodge pool for a swim and stop by Jimbo’s Outdoor Bar for a libation and the late afternoon shrimp boil prior to the catch of the day dinner. Then pick your evening activity; there is a lot more. The Lodge is famous for its night fishing under the lights.

Day three—the morning early or late breakfast is a repeat of day two; then it’s again time to choose you day’s activities, but remember, check out is at 3 PM.

Ruddy Lodge
Two Day Fishing Package, Corporate and Group Package

The Ruddy Lodge takes the fishing experience to a new level. The new Lodge is housed in a 3600 sq. ft. Vermont timber frame structure, the ultimate facility for group up to 8 guests. The Ruddy is reserved solely for groups who want their own private lodge.

The fun furnishings combining the old and the new, compliment the beautiful structure. Many of the artifacts come from the early 1930’s carnivals. Besides the ambiance of the facility, the operation will feature its own dedicated operating personnel, chef, hosts and service staff. This is truly the “executive floor” of the fishing lodge world.

The Ruddy Lodge, like Redfish Lodge, offers packaged excursions - a guided fishing package and a holiday package. The only difference between the two packages is that one offers guided fishing and the other does not.

All packages include:

  • Spacious timber frame great room with lounge, bar, dining area and fireplace.
  • Snacks, chips, cookies, fruit, out at all times.
  • The great room entertainment center is fully equipped with surround sound, TV and video library.
  • The upstairs lounge is prepared for your enjoyment with billiards table and games area.
  • Before dinner appetizers and cocktail hour.
  • Fully packed fridge for midnight snacking.
  • Huge deck to relax with a libation.
  • Special lighting on the bay for night angling.
  • 500 ft lighted fishing pier with special fishing lights.
  • Extensive private shoreline.
